We provide tools for shortening URLs, creating QR codes, publishing link-in-bio pages and reviewing link analytics. These tools are intended to help you create, manage and share links in a more convenient format across websites, social channels, printed materials and other communications. The availability and operation of individual features may vary as the service develops, and some features may depend on your account, settings or selected plan. You are responsible for checking that a link, QR code or page works as intended before sharing it publicly or using it in an important campaign.

Features, functionality and service workflows may change over time. When a material change affects these terms or the way the service is used, we will announce the change in advance where appropriate. We may also adjust, suspend or discontinue particular features when necessary for security, maintenance, legal compliance or operational reasons. You are responsible for reviewing the current service and terms so that you understand which features are available to your account. Using the service after an applicable change means that you continue to accept the terms governing its use. If a feature is unavailable, do not rely on it until access has been restored or confirmed.

You are responsible for providing accurate account information and for keeping your login credentials confidential. You also remain responsible for activity carried out through your account, whether that activity is performed by you or by someone who has access to your credentials. Choose a strong password, avoid sharing it with other people and do not reuse a password that could allow access to other services. Keep your account details current so that important service or security communications can reach you.

Take reasonable steps to protect your account and review account activity when needed. Enable two-factor authentication whenever it is available to you, and use secure devices and networks when signing in. If you believe that your credentials have been exposed, or that someone has used your account without permission, take prompt steps to secure the account and contact the appropriate service support channel. Your account responsibilities continue while the account is active. You must not use a shortened link, QR code, link-in-bio page or related feature for phishing, malware, spam or illegal content. You must also not disguise a destination in order to deceive people about where a link will lead, collect information without proper notice or consent, impersonate another person or organisation, or distribute material that violates applicable rights.

Content and links should respect applicable laws and the rights of other people. We may review, disable or remove links, pages or accounts that appear to breach these rules. We may also take action when use of the service creates a security, legal or operational risk, including limiting access while an issue is investigated. A disabled link or account must not be replaced with another link or account used to continue the same prohibited activity. You are responsible for ensuring that destinations remain safe, lawful and accurate after publication.

Where you use a paid plan, the plan renews automatically until it is cancelled. You are responsible for keeping payment and billing information current and for checking that the selected plan meets your needs. Cancellation stops future renewal according to the applicable account and plan process, but it does not change obligations that arose before cancellation. You should complete cancellation before the renewal date shown in your account if you do not want the next billing period to begin. Access to paid features may be affected after cancellation or expiration.

Prices may change, and we will provide 30 days' notice of a price change. Taxes may apply depending on your country and circumstances. The amount charged can therefore include applicable taxes in addition to the listed plan price. Review your account and billing information before a renewal or plan change so that you understand the relevant payment conditions. You are responsible for resolving payment failures and for maintaining an authorised payment method. Any billing questions should be raised through the appropriate service support channel with relevant account details.

The service is provided “as is”. This means that use of the service is at your own discretion and risk, including the creation, sharing and management of shortened links, QR codes, pages and analytics. We do not promise that every feature will always be available, uninterrupted, secure or free from errors. You should use appropriate care when relying on service output and should keep any information or materials that you need independently of the service. Check destinations and published content before distributing them to other people.

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect damages or lost profits arising from or connected with use of the service. This limitation applies to the extent allowed in the relevant jurisdiction and does not replace any rights or protections that cannot lawfully be excluded. Nothing in this section changes responsibilities expressly described elsewhere in these terms. You remain responsible for decisions based on analytics, link performance or other service output, and for maintaining suitable backups of important content or records.

We may update these terms when the service, its features or its operating requirements change. Updates may clarify existing rules, reflect changes to available functionality or address new ways in which the service is used. They may also be needed to reflect changes in law, security practices or account and billing processes. When an update is material, we will announce it in advance where appropriate so that you have an opportunity to review the revised wording. The updated version will govern use from its stated effective date.

You should check this page periodically and pay attention to the updated date shown with these terms. If you continue to use the service after an updated version takes effect, that continued use means you accept the new version. If you do not agree with an update, stop using the service and follow the available process for cancelling your account or applicable paid plan. Ending use does not remove obligations that arose before termination, including obligations relating to earlier activity, payments or violations of these terms.
