Account data (name, email), usage data and, for each click on a short link, technical data such as truncated IP, country, device, browser, language, referrer and UTM parameters.
2. Why we process it
To operate the service, show analytics to link owners, prevent abuse, and send transactional emails. Marketing emails only with your consent.
3. Legal basis and retention
Contract performance and legitimate interest. Raw click data is kept for the retention period configured by the platform and then aggregated.
4. Your rights
You can access, rectify, export or delete your data from your profile or by contacting us. EU/UK residents can also complain to their supervisory authority.
5. Processors
We rely on hosting, email and payment providers bound by data processing agreements.
